French doors open onto a large outdoor deck on the west side of the building, perfect for outside entertaining. There is not an ocean view, but the ocean is only a few steps away.

If meals are a part of your event plan, we can direct you to local caterers available to make your oceanside getaway event a success. You are also welcome to bring your own food and drinks. You may serve alcohol as long as you assume all liability and responsibility for your guests.

If you’re a resident of Yachats or Waldport, ask us about our local rates, especially for recurring events, such as weekly/monthly club meetings, etc. We can usually accommodate recurring events.
